Terms & Conditions of Sales and Service

 

We offer a 90 days standard warranty for all refurbished computer systems, used parts, repairs and service. This warranty also includes labor for any work done by us in general.

Our warranty covers labor and parts if product fails within our warranty period. Additional charge will apply if we have to go onsite or do extra work.

Warranty is voided if malfunction is caused by customer neglect to keep up maintenance. (See note below for full description of exclusions)

We offer a15 days return on all computers and parts only if it's in the original condition when it was purchase. Customer will be denied return if conditions are beyond its original state at purchase.

Warranty for new computers and parts are based on manufactures warranty only. If product fails during the manufacturer’s warranty customer is responsible to file claim with that manufacture. We only cover labor based on our standard 90 days warranty in this case.

If customer received a replacement or repaired product from the manufacture we will provide labor based on our warranty terms. Customer must notify us within 90 days of malfunction to qualify for warranty. If we received your call that product is malfunction after the 90 days standard warranty is up applicable charges will apply for labor.

During the manufacture warranty period customer may be ask to call the manufacture of the product for additional technical support to diagnosing problem. In this case we would need you to follow our recommendations so we can work together in providing a resolution.

We must have access to your residence or business and the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, 2) your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, 3) a safe working environment, work space, and 4) electrical power. If we determine that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied and a cancellation charge assessed.

It is your responsibility to back up all software and data on your computer's hard drive(s) and/or any other storage devices before we arrive. We are not responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data or files.

We will not be liable for delays, damages or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of a governmental body, acts of God, acts of third parties, fires, floods, strikes or other labor-related disputes, of other things we do not control, or an inability to obtain necessary equipment or services.

For on-site services, a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when we arrive, services will be denied and a cancellation charge will be assessed.

We will not tolerate any abuse, threat, animosity or disrespect from any of our customers. We will disconnect business relationship and recommend you find another IT service company if this behavior is being directed towards us.

We will make every reasonable attempt to troubleshoot, analyze, assess, correct or otherwise fix your computer or network problem. If we are unable to resolve your computer problem, you will still be liable for charges for time spent in an attempt to correct a problem.

Technical support via phone and e-mail is free for our customers only if it is relevant to work done by us. Anything beyond that hourly charge will apply and customer will be billed or must pay before we continue providing technical support.

If you do not contact us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or otherwise reschedule your appointment, you will be charged, at our option, a missed appointment fee according to the following schedule: Physical On-Site Computer Support.

If any portion of your bill is not paid by the due date, we will charge you a late fee on the unpaid balances and may also terminate or suspend your Service without notice.

Any refusal to pay for service provided by us will result in a judgment against customer. No further support or service will be given from that point on until payment issue is resolved.

Customer is responsible to pick up and pay in full for computer system that is dropped off within 30 days of job completion. Failure to do so after 30 days will result in forfeiture of system and any payment on it.

A $30 fee will be charged for any return checks.

Labor charge is non-refundable.

All sales and service are based on our price and service estimate on our website.

Note: We are not responsible for system failure caused by power surge, spywares, virus, software conflict, act of nature, accidents, misfortune or anything else that we do not control. The customer bares the responsibility for maintaining their product from these types of problems.
